Warranty conditions
Marstek grants the original purchaser a 10-year warranty under the following conditions.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Misuse, improper use, modifications, accidental damage, or use outside of the normal consumer range.
- Unauthorized repair attempts.
If the product fails due to material or workmanship defects during the 10-year warranty period, we will provide you with a replacement product. The replacement product will carry over the remaining warranty period of the original product.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at support@marstek.de.
Additionally, Marstek offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from marstek.de. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its return eligibility, we will refund you the full purchase price.
