When will I receive my MarstekCredits?
Your MarstekrCredits will be credited to your account 30 days after successful payment of your order.
Do MarstekCredits have an expiration date?
Yes, MarstekCredits that are acquired after the activation date expire one year after activation. Expired MarstekCredits will be deducted from your account.

What happens to my MarstekCredits if I return a product or cancel an order?
If you return a product or cancel an order, the MarstekCredits you received for this purchase will be reversed or reduced. MarstekCredits will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

How can I view my earned rewards?

Can I cancel a used discount or voucher?
No. Rewards are sent as soon as the transaction is completed.
Can I choose the shipping date for acquired rewards?
No. Used once. The rewards cannot be canceled and used for a second use.
